Terms of sale

All prices are in Tanzanian shillings and are VAT exclusive. Prices and stock can change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

An order is confirmed when payment is received, or, for pay-on-delivery orders, when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Unpaid mobile money orders are held for 24 hours, after which the stock is released.

Returns, refunds and warranty are governed by the policies published on this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Tanzania.
