Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to process your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment is processed by Selcom; we never see or store your mobile money PIN.

We use your email and phone number to send order confirmations, delivery updates and, if you subscribe, occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with delivery partners to fulfil your order and with Selcom to process payment. Data is stored on servers we control and encrypted backups are kept for disaster recovery.

To access, correct or delete your data, email us from the address on your account.
