Returns & refunds

7-day returns. If you change your mind, return any unopened product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be sealed, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Faulty on arrival. If a product is dead on arrival or develops a fault within the first 14 days, we replace it, no questions asked. After that, the manufacturer warranty applies and repairs or replacements are handled by our Dar es Salaam service desk.

How to return. Contact us with your order number. Within Dar es Salaam we collect from you; upcountry customers send the parcel by bus courier and we reimburse the cost for faulty items.

Refund timing. Mobile money refunds are sent to the number that paid within 3 working days of receiving the return. Pay-on-delivery orders are refunded to a mobile money number of your choice.

Exclusions. Opened earbuds and headphones cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Products damaged by misuse, liquid or unauthorised repair are not covered.
