Warranty & registration
Every product sold by Anker Tanzania carries the full manufacturer warranty: 18 months on charging and audio, 12 to 24 months on eufy, and 5 years on SOLIX power stations.
Making a claim. Message us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange collection in Dar es Salaam or give you a courier address.
Turnaround. Most claims are resolved with a replacement within 5 working days.
Not covered. Physical damage, liquid damage, and products bought from unauthorised sellers.
